Homewood Suites by Hilton Cincinnati Mason, OH

My family and some friends of ours chose this hotel due to all of the rave reviews. Our stay, however, was not as good as those who left such great reviews. When we arrived, there was no one at the front desk. We waited for about 5 minutes before my husband went over towards where snacks are sold to peek around the divider to try and find someone. A clerk did come out and apologized for the wait. We were a bit surprised though as he only asked the name the reservation was under, gave us our room keys and a quick run down of breakfast and locations of elevators and the pool. We are used to furnishing our ID at hotels, but maybe this has changed for some establishments. When we got into our room, we noticed lightly blood-stained toilet paper in the toilet bowl along with the chair at the table in the room being stained with something. As we just arrived after hours of driving and had friends also staying, we decided to look past these issues and tidy up the room ourselves. The hotel was very busy and very, very noisy. The guests staying above us sounded as if they were running and jumping from about 10 pm to 3am, which made it difficult for us all to sleep. The next day, the guests were just as noisy, so we actually decided to check out early. I am sad that we didn't have the same experience as many of the other reviewers. I will say that this hotel is in a great location. It's close to shopping and dining along with only being a short distance from Kings Island. Also, the attendants' working breakfast were all very courteous and kept everything clean and well stocked. While we did notice the sign in the elevators from management regarding quiet hours, we wished it would have been a bit more enforced as we were not the only guests that complained during this stay.

Amazing! Check in was welcoming and so friendly. The room smelled great (not perfume not stale just right). The cleanliness was top notch. Bathroom was spotless! Roomy bedroom (king bedroom) and living and kitchen area was just right. It’s very quiet. Not a lot of outside light coming into the room at night. Perfect location close to interstate. Near shopping and restaurants. We visit this area often and will be regular guests after this visit!

I recently stayed at this Homewood Suites for a 2 week business trip and I cannot say enough good things about the staff. Every request, from a room with a pull-out mattress to receiving a fair number of packages for me--everyone went above and beyond. The hotel itself is very nice, with a spacious rooms and lobby areas for business, breakfast and hanging out throughout the day/evening. If you're staying when Angie is working, consider yourself in great hands!

Amazing! Homewood Suites was perfect for our family vacation. Our suite was very clean ,spacious and had all the amenities we needed to complete our stay. Pet/ fury baby friendly and has outdoor section for pets to mind their business. The pool area and workout area is side by side and it’s very clean as well. They also offers breakfast between 7 am -10 am and has a nice dining area for you to sit and eat. I can’t tell you if the food was good but it smelled amazing. My husband loved their coffee. 1-5 this place is definitely a 5. Thanks again for the wonderful experience

Let me say this was a nice relaxing 3 night stay just 10 mins from Kings Island in Mason Ohio ❤️❤️ I had room 406 Saturday December 16th through Tuesday December 19th, 2023. Homewood Suites by Hilton Cincinnati Mason, OH> Saturday 12/16 through Tuesday 12/19, 2023>I've honestly wouldn't mind staying at this location again soon. First I went up to my room to use Digital Key and it wouldn't work at all so I had to go to the Front Desk for the original check in. Second: TV is funky while setting up Roku and had a remote with no working battery's plus as I turned on the TV it was on a loud channel>TV is all good. Third: Pillows are too soft/flat but the bed is comfortable. Other than these issues had a comfortable sleep here and was really quiet. Would like to stay here again soon ❤️

As soon as I walked in the room I was amazed. One of the best places I have ever stayed especially for the price. Have no negative comments. The bed was perfect! A mini kitchen with dishes, a sitting area and a great shower all of which were perfect!!!! Breakfast buffet was really nice with lots of room to sit and not running over each other. And let's not forget the friendly staff. Anytime I am in the Cincinnati area this will be my go to place!!!! Thanks for a great night's stay.
